SeaSide Cottage was designed to be the perfect couples getaway, quiet, romantic, and connected to nature with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors across the entire front of the cottage so you can take in elevated views of the waterfront, and private beach, only 100ft away. Sitting on 1.7 acres, the waterfront is over 400ft+ from the road, allowing you to escape the busy sounds of traffic and people. The cottage itself is private and decorated in a nautical boutique styling, and stocked for comfort with all new amenities, and a space that is cleaned thoroughly after each and every guest. An electric faux-stone fireplace, 50" Roku TV, and a strong WIFI signal let you decide when to connect, or disconnect and enjoy your time here in peace. The property is located directly on the Lake Erie waterfront, on 1.7 acres. It is only 10 minutes from Geneva-on-the-Lake or dozens of highly rated Wineries, the closest of which, "Vincent William Wine", is only 3 minutes away. The neighborhood is full of charming lakefront houses, cottages, villas, and historical nautical style estates. Romantic and quiet, houses here have long, deep properties that offer privacy on the lakefront, creating a peaceful setting often frequented by ducks, Blue Herons, American Eagles, and seagulls.

November 2025 5.00The hosts have a very high understanding of hospitality, at a level that I have not experienced at any other place. When the weather unexpectedly turned bad, they had thought of a backup plan and upgraded me to a high-end place. It even had (during Thanksgiving season) a Christmas Tree in it. So much thought and care has gone into these cottages, with meticulous attention to details, and some genius in choosing the right things - ways beyond average (it reminded me of what Horst Schulze wrote in his book "Excellence Wins"). And of course it helps that the place has an outstanding view of the lake. There is a concept behind the name which I will not reveal here, you'll have to experience that for yourselves.

October 2025 5.00This spot was just what my husband and I were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. The views are beautiful and the property was very peaceful. Although we didn’t get to use it we loved the fire pits down by the water. The inside was very clean and well maintained and the attention to detail was amazing. I loved the lemon scented body wash. We hope to be able to stay here for another trip one day! :)
